Artichoke contains, fiber, vitamin C, K and also packed with antioxidants.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup all-purpose flour.
- Salt and white pepper.
- 1-quart whole milk.
- Rich Land Artichokes.
- 1 TS Diced Shallots.
- ½ cup of parmesan cheese.
- Unsalted butter.
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 Degree F.
- Heat Sauce pan, put butter and diced shallots, then put flour till it give the golden color.
- Put milk and stir them over and over until sauce has thickened to about yogurt consistency.
- Seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Let it boil for 5 min, with continuous stirring.
- Now bring your casserole add a splash of olive oil and then put artichokes and then parmesan cheese.
- Spread bechamel sauce and sprinkle a little pit of cheese on the top.
- Put it in the oven for 30 min., until it gets golden brown and crispy on top.
